Run the loader and wait for it to update.
Depending on when Combat Arms was last updated you will be able to see if the hack is currently detected.
Click load and open Combat Arms.

To use the hack press insert once in-game. You the arrow keys to navigate the menu.

Target - Head, Neck, Chest, Legs
Visible - Weather to aim through walls or not
Chams - See though walls
Super Speed - 1x,2x,5x
FPS - Frames per second
No Smoke - Disables smoke
